Hello

With over ten years of experience in personal training, I love helping clients reach their goals and feel stronger and more confident. Many of my clients who once felt intimidated by weights now love strength training, which is incredibly rewarding to see.

My experience in weight training, kickboxing, many different sports and yoga, give me an advantage to create varied, effective, and exciting workouts. Nutrition is also a major focus for me, and I’m excited to share my training and nutrition knowledge to help you create lasting, healthy habits.

My Story

I began my career in hotel management before transitioning into corporate marketing for major companies, while also pursuing my passion for fitness training. In 2023, my life took a transformative turn when I was diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer. Through six months of chemotherapy, I relied on proper nutrition, resilience, and consistent movement to support my recovery—and successfully came out stronger on the other side.

That experience reshaped my purpose. Today, my mission is to use my expertise in fitness and nutrition to help others take control of their health and transform their lives. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, returning after time away, or looking to elevate and maintain your routine with new strategies, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
