My Story
I began my career in hotel management, where I developed a strong work ethic and a solutions-focused mindset. After transitioning into corporate marketing and working with major brands, I discovered my true passion in personal training.In December 2023, I was diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer. Through a disciplined, cancer-fighting nutrition plan and specialized strength training, I successfully completed six months of treatment—an experience that reinforced my commitment to health, resilience, and fitness.As a lifelong competitive tennis player and current 4.5 USTA-rated athlete, I understand athletic conditioning, peak performance, and injury rehabilitation through both professional knowledge and personal experience.
